AgrotecUV launches its 4th call to promote innovative startups in agri-food

The High-Tech Incubator for Sustainable Agri-Food, AgrotecUV, promoted by the University of Valencia and the UV Science Park Foundation, is launching the 4th AgrotecUV Call, a new opportunity for startups and innovative projects linked to the agrotech, foodtech, and biotech sectors.

Each of the selected startups and/or projects will receive a financial grant of €4,500, consisting of a €2,000 prize and €2,500 in a service voucher to be used throughout the program.

The selected startups will have access to AgrotecUVLAB, a shared laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art technology where they can conduct trials, tests, and validations in a professional environment adapted to the needs of the innovative agri-food sector.

This year, as an added value to the program, the selected startups will have access to free individual offices where they can comfortably develop their activities (You can see the facilities here). The AgrotecUV facilities are located in the heart of the UV Science Park, an ecosystem specialized in entrepreneurship, knowledge transfer, and innovation.

The incubation program also includes:

• Networking with partners, specialized funders (smart capital), and the AgrotecUV Community.
• Completely free theoretical and practical training sessions in key skills for entrepreneurs.
• Personalized scientific, technical, and business mentoring.
• Preferential access to cutting-edge services such as the SCSIE, the CECT, and the Spanish Supercomputing Network.
